Upgrade FAQ
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your Creator dashboard under Account > Subscription. Your Elite benefits — including Music Feed access — activate immediately upon successful payment. Your current billing cycle prorates to Elite pricing for the remaining days.
If your Elite subscription lapses, your Music Feed posts will be archived (not deleted) and will no longer be publicly visible. Your followers, likes, and comment history are preserved. If you reactivate Elite, all your posts and social data are restored immediately. You can also request a data export of your Feed content at any time by emailing Jrosado@artsoundz.com.
Yes. The platform take-rate is 15% for Free Creators, 12% for Pro Creators, and 8% for Elite Creators. The take-rate is deducted from the Creator’s payout when a project completes — Clients always pay the listed package price with no added fees. Music Feed posts are visible to all logged-in Artsoundz users — including Clients who are browsing for Creators to book. This means your music reaches a direct audience of potential clients, not just other Creators. Unauthenticated visitors cannot access the Feed, keeping the community verified and creator.
Yes. The Music Feed is governed by the Community Standards, which cover copyright requirements, FTC disclosure obligations, prohibited content, and the enforcement process. Key rules: you must own or license all audio you post, disclose any sponsored content, and maintain the professional quality standard expected of verified Elite Creators.
