Clients search the marketplace, browse Creator profiles, and review Service Packages in full detail before committing. Every Service Package must state — by platform rule — the exact scope of work, file formats, revision rounds, turnaround time in business days, and price in USD. No ambiguity before booking.
Every Creator on Artsoundz has been reviewed and approved by the platform before going live. Listings that don’t meet minimum specificity standards are removed. You are never browsing a generic, unverified pool of Creators.
Review portfolio samples, verified reviews, and the complete service scope before clicking a single button. If anything is unclear, message the Creator before booking. There is no obligation until you pay.
Your Service Package is a binding contract. Define your scope, deliverables, revision limits, and turnaround time accurately. Artsoundz can remove listings that are vague or misleading.
Clients pay in full at the time of booking. That payment is processed by Stripe and held in escrow immediately — not released to the Creator. No project begins until payment is confirmed.
The escrow mechanism is the fundamental financial protection on the platform. The Creator cannot access a single dollar until you accept the final Deliverable. This is not a policy that can be bypassed — it is enforced by Stripe at the payment processor level.
When a booking is confirmed, a dedicated Project thread is created for that specific Client and Creator. All communication, file uploads, revision notes, and approvals must happen in this thread — nowhere else.
This is not a suggestion. Any communication that happens outside the thread — via DM, email, phone, or social media — cannot be considered as evidence in a dispute. The thread is the complete, permanent, legally recognized record of the project.
The Creator delivers all Deliverables through the Project thread — in the file formats specified, by the turnaround time stated in the Service Package, and free of any unlicensed third-party content.
The turnaround clock runs in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from when the Creator confirms receipt of the Client’s source materials, briefs, and stems. If a delay is anticipated, the Creator must communicate proactively. A Creator who abandons or fails to deliver without a valid reason triggers an automatic full refund to the Client and a performance flag on their account.
If AI-generated content constitutes a substantial part of a Deliverable, the Creator is required to disclose this in the Service Package listing and in the Project thread. Delivering AI content as original human-created work without disclosure is grounds for account termination and refund of payout. This rule is in the Creator Agreement §4.2.
After delivery, the Client has 5 business days to review the Deliverables and take one of three actions:
If the Client takes no action within 5 business days, the project auto-completes and the Creator’s payout is released. This Auto-Acceptance policy protects Creators from indefinite payment holds. Clients can request a one-time 3-business-day extension before the window closes — but never retroactively after it has passed.
Once the project is accepted — either explicitly by the Client or via Auto-Acceptance — the Creator’s payout is processed via Stripe Connect and typically arrives within 3–7 business days. No chasing required. No invoicing required. It happens automatically.
Both Client and Creator then leave verified reviews of each other. These reviews are the foundation of the quality system — they are what makes the platform trustworthy for every future Client and Creator.
IP rights transfer to the Client upon full payment release — worldwide, perpetually, and royalty-free. The purchase price is the complete, one-time payment for all rights. No royalties, no license fees, no future claims from the Creator.
Commercial release, streaming, distribution, sync licensing, mechanical rights for original compositions, and sub-licensing to labels or distributors. Full, permanent ownership.
The right to display the completed work in their portfolio to showcase their skills — unless the Client requests confidentiality in the Project thread. No commercial rights in the final Deliverable are retained.
We built Artsoundz to fix what creators and clients hate about other marketplaces — hidden fees, fake reviews, slow payouts, and silent account bans.
Clients pay exactly the listed package price — no surprise service fees stacked on at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
Every review comes from a client who actually completed and paid for a project — marked Verified Purchase. No fakes, no gaming.
Our take-rate is 8–15% by tier — well below the 20% many platforms charge. Creators keep more of every booking.
Creators are paid out via Stripe within 3–7 business days of acceptance — no opaque holds or mystery clearance windows.
Escrow protects both sides, and any account action comes with a written explanation and a real appeal window — never a silent ban.
Full IP transfers to the client the moment they accept — and creators keep their clients and brand. No exclusivity, ever.
