This Cookie Policy explains how Artsoundz International LLC (“Artsoundz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit or use the Artsoundz platform at artsoundz.com. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and should be read alongside it.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use the platform. Some cookies are essential for the site to work; others are optional and require your consent.
1. Essential Cookies
Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the Artsoundz platform to function. They cannot be disabled. Without them, core features such as logging in, staying authenticated, and submitting forms would not work.

2. Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Artsoundz platform — for example, which pages are visited most often and where users encounter errors. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for this purpose.
These cookies are only set if you accept analytics cookies. If you reject them, none of the cookies below will be placed on your device.

IP Anonymization. We have enabled IP anonymization (anonymizeIp: true) in our Google Analytics configuration. Your full IP address is never stored or transmitted to Google. Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under Google’s Data Processing Agreement and Google’s standard contractual clauses.
3. Marketing & Advertising Cookies
Artsoundz does not currently use any marketing, advertising, or retargeting cookies. No third-party advertising networks, remarketing pixels, or behavioral tracking cookies are deployed on the Artsoundz platform.
If this changes in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy, notify users via the cookie consent banner, and obtain fresh consent where required by applicable law.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Stripe (Payment Processing)
When you interact with payment forms on Artsoundz, our payment processor Stripe may set cookies on your device to prevent fraud and enable secure payment flows. These cookies are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Artsoundz does not control or have access to these cookies.
Google Fonts
Artsoundz loads fonts from Google Fonts. We use CSS-only font requests, which do not set any tracking cookies. Google may receive your IP address as part of the font delivery request; this is standard CDN behavior and no persistent cookies are set by this process.
5. How to Manage Cookies
You have several options for controlling cookies on Artsoundz:
a) Cookie Preference Center
Use the “Manage Cookie Preferences” button in the site footer to update your consent choices at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
b) Browser Settings
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent Artsoundz from functioning correctly. Browser-specific instructions:
c) Google Analytics Opt-Out
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Do Not Track
We respect the Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal. If your browser has DNT enabled, Artsoundz will default analytics cookies to off — we will not load Google Analytics or set any optional cookies for your session, regardless of any prior consent stored in your browser.
Essential cookies (session management, CSRF protection) are not affected by DNT signals, as they are strictly necessary for the platform to operate.
7. Updates to This Policy
We will update this Cookie Policy when our cookie usage changes — for example, when we add or remove cookies, change our analytics provider, or introduce advertising functionality. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last revised.
If changes are material, we will notify you via the cookie consent banner on your next visit and give you the opportunity to review and update your preferences.
