The standard rate is 15%; Founding Creators (the first 50 approved) get an 8% Founding Rate Lock, plus 0% on their first 5 orders — with a $5 minimum per completed order otherwise. Your exact rate is shown in your Creator dashboard. It covers Stripe payment processing, escrow services, dispute resolution, and platform infrastructure.
The take-rate does not change your listed package price. What you quote is what the Client pays.

No. Clients always pay exactly the listed package price. The platform take-rate is deducted from the Creator’s payout only — it is never added to the Client’s bill. What you see on the listing is what you pay.
The first 50 Creators approved on the platform automatically become Founding Creators — locking in an 8% take-rate for the life of the account, plus 0% on the first 5 completed orders. Apply as a Creator; once an admin approves your account you claim a Founding spot while any of the 50 remain. Terms are in the Creator Agreement, Addendum A.

No. Client accounts are free and there are no booking fees added to the package price — what you see on the listing is what you pay. The platform take-rate is deducted from the Creator’s payout only.
If your account is suspended or terminated, your listing is removed. Payouts for completed, non-disputed projects are still released per the standard schedule; payouts for disputed projects are held pending resolution. A Founding Creator’s rate lock pauses during suspension and resumes if the account returns to good standing (see Addendum A).
