1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using Artsoundz International LLC ("Artsoundz"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By using Artsoundz, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
• You agree to use Artsoundz only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Users must comply with all Artsoundz policies, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, intellectual property rights, and service guidelines.

3. Services and Transactions

• Artsoundz provides a platform for musicians, producers, sound engineers, and other music professionals ("Freelancers") to offer services to clients ("Clients").
• Payments are processed through our secure payment system, and transactions must be conducted within the platform.
• Artsoundz does not guarantee the quality or timeliness of services provided by Freelancers.
• Clients are encouraged to review Freelancers’ work history, ratings, and reviews before engaging in a project.

4. Service Agreement Between Freelancers and Clients

• When a Client hires a Freelancer, both parties enter into a binding agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, deadlines, and payment terms.
• Any disputes between Clients and Freelancers must be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution policy outlined below.
• Artsoundz is not a party to the agreement between Clients and Freelancers but reserves the right to mediate disputes when necessary.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you post or upload to Artsoundz, but by doing so, you grant Artsoundz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
• You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to post or upload any content to Artsoundz.

6. Refund & Dispute Policy

• Clients can request a refund if the service was not delivered as agreed upon in the Service Agreement.
• Disputes should be reported within 5 days of project completion. Artsoundz will review and mediate disputes based on the provided evidence.
• If a Freelancer fails to deliver as promised, Clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
• If a Client refuses to release payment despite satisfactory service delivery, the Freelancer may file a dispute.
• Decisions made by Artsoundz regarding disputes are final and binding.

7. Privacy Policy

• Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using Artsoundz, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on Artsoundz, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Artsoundz International LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Users may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from Artsoundz without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Artsoundz is a platform facilitating connections between Freelancers and Clients and is not responsible for any disputes, service failures, or issues arising from transactions between users.
• In no event shall Artsoundz, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our platform.

10. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Artsoundz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to your use of Artsoundz or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Modifications

• Artsoundz reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of Artsoundz after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
