2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on Artsoundz infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing:
Your name, address, and contact information
A description of the copyrighted work
The URL or link where the infringing material appears
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that use is unauthorized
Your electronic or physical signature

3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it is not infringing, you may file a counter-notification including:
Your name, address, and contact info
Identification of removed material and location before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was mistaken
Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your area (if in U.S.)
Your signature
Upon valid counter-notice, Artsoundz may restore content unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
4. Repeat Infringers
Artsoundz enforces a “three-strike” policy — repeated violators may have their accounts permanently terminated.
5. Copyright Ownership & License
Creators retain ownership of their work unless transferred by agreement.
By uploading content, you grant Artsoundz a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display the content for platform functionality.
6. Trademarks & Other IP
All platform trademarks, logos, and brand elements are owned by Artsoundz International LLC and may not be used without permission.
