1. Purpose

Artsoundz exists to connect and empower music creators in a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment.
These guidelines define acceptable behavior for all users — artists, producers, and clients alike.

2. Core Values

  • Respect: Treat others professionally and courteously.
  • Integrity: Deliver honest, original, and high-quality work.
  • Inclusivity: Celebrate diversity across all backgrounds and genres.
  • Creativity: Foster innovation and collaboration.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Artsoundz to:

  • Post or transmit hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Upload explicit, defamatory, or illegal material
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Misrepresent skills, identity, or experience
  • Circumvent Artsoundz payments or fees
  • Spam, solicit, or advertise off-platform
  • Share misleading reviews or engage in collusion
  • Distribute viruses or harmful code
  • Engage in violence, threats, or exploitation

 

Artsoundz may suspend or remove accounts violating these standards without notice.

4. Content Standards

All uploads (audio, text, video, graphics) must:

  • Be original or properly licensed
  • Avoid unlicensed samples or copyrighted stems
  • Include appropriate attribution if required

 

AI-generated or derivative content must be clearly labeled.

5. Safety and Moderation

Artsoundz uses automated and manual review to enforce these guidelines.
Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement when required by law.

6. Reporting Misconduct

If you encounter inappropriate or fraudulent activity:

  • Use the “Report” feature on user profiles or projects
  • Or email Jrosado@artsoundz.com with relevant evidence

 

We treat all reports confidentially.

7. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity, actions may include:

  • Warning or temporary suspension
  • Account termination
  • Forfeiture of earnings
  • Legal or law-enforcement escalation

 

Decisions by Artsoundz’ Trust & Safety Team are final.

8. Updates

These guidelines may evolve as our community grows. Continued use of Artsoundz implies acceptance of future updates.
